Section 2(d) in Jharkhand Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2016

(d)"Civil Post" means any existing post under the services of the State Government of Jharkhand. It includes also posts of the State Services, other services of the State and ex-cadre existing post under the State Government of Jharkhand.
