Section 11(a) in Bihar District Sub-Registrar and Sub-Registrar Recruitment Rules, 1973
(a)To the Bihar Public Service Commission. A consolidated examination fee of Rs. 54.00 (Rs. 7.50 paise in case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes) when they first submit their applications provided that the Commission may at their discretion, remit the prescribed fee in case of bona fide displaced persons from Pakistan who are not in a position to pay the prescribed fee.
