Section 54(1) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971
(1)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, the provisions of the Punjab Urban Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964, including the powers to impose tax or fees under section 7 thereof and the rules framed thereunder, shall apply to the urban estate comprised in the Faridabad Complex.
