355. Powers of Jailor to place prisoner in iron or under mechanical restraint in certain circumstances.
- Where a Jailor on his own authority places a prisoner in irons or under mechanical restraint in pursuance of section 58, he shall make a report of the circumstances in Form No. XVIII, and further give notice thereof to the Superintendent for such orders as the Superintendent considers appropriate.
