Section 94(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)No officer or servant of a Council shall, without the written permission of the Collector, in any way be connected with or interested in any bargain or contract made with the Council for any of the purposes of this Act.
