(7)The Chairperson of the Commission may instruct the Secretary to call a meeting of the Commission to be held at such time and at such place as the Chairperson may direct and in addition any Member of the Commission may request a meeting of the Commission at any time by sending a notice in writing to the other members and to Secretary.
