Section 18(1) in Telangana Exhibition of Films On Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1993
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the licensing authority refusing to grant or renew a licence or an order revoking or suspending a licence under this Act, may, within such time and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, appeal to the Government.
