Section 9 in The Tamil Nadu Open Places (Prevention Of Disfigurement) Act, 1959
9. Indemnity:-
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, any local authority or person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
