Section 24(ii) in The M.P. Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam, 1987
(ii)the Medical Practitioner entitled to the privileges of Section 27 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (No. 102 of 1956) shall not be punishable under this Section for his non-registration in Madhya Pradesh.
