The Appellant had asked 9 points in his RTI Application regarding the advertisement of the post of Principal in Rajkumari Ganesh Sharma Sanskrit Vidhyapeeth, Kolhanta Patori, Darbhanga that by which officer had give order for advertisement of the post of Principal. Furnish the copy of said officer's order. The application which was received by the candidate for the post of the Principal by which officer's order this would be forwarded to Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Janakpuri for the inspection.
The PIO's reply.
The information regarding your RTI application that the PIO of Rajkumari Ganesh Sharma Sanskrit Vidhyapeeth, Kolhanta Patori, Darbhanga are not the member (Managing Committee).
The First Appellate Authority ordered.
In respect of your letter no. 81, 82, and 83/08 dated 19.11.2008 that pertaining Aadarsh Sanskrit University's PIO are the Principal. First Appellate authority President, Managing Committee and Second Appellate Officer were complete managing committee. So that you can appeal to appropriate officer.
