Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensing) Regulations, 2013
1. Short title, Commencement and Extent.
(1)These Regulations may be called the 'Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensing) Regulations, 2013'.(2)These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.(3)These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
