Section 189(a) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(a)standards of a scaffold are-(i)plumb, where practicable;(ii)fixed sufficiently close together to secure the stability of such scaffold having regard to all the possible working situations and conditions for the intended use of such scaffold;(iii)spaced, as close as practicable, to ensure safety and stability of such scaffold;
