Section 32(1) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Management (Community Participation) Rules, 1998
(1)The District Education Committee shall be constituted by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad within 30 days from the scheduled date for constitution of the Mandal Education Committees.
