Section 31(1) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004
(1)Every petition filed shall be verified by an affidavit and every such affidavit shall be in UPERC Form 2 attached to these regulations or as otherwise prescribed by the Commission from time to time.
