Item No.76 -2-Respondent Nos.16, 17, 19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 29, 30, 33 to 35, 37, 42, 44 to 49, 51, 55, 56, 58 to 62, 66 to 72, 74 to 77, 79, 81 to 84, 86, 87, 91 to 101, 103, 105 to 112, 114 to 121, 123 to 125 and 127 to 131 have been deleted vide order dated 7.3.2018.
Respondent Nos.12, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27, 28, 31, 32, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 50, 52 to 54, 57, 63 to 65, 73, 78, 80, 85, 88 to 90, 102, 104, 113, 122 and 126 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last and final opportunity. Further opportunity is declined. Service is complete on respondent Nos.2, 7, 10, 11 and 15 but none has entered appearance. Respondent Nos.6, 8 and 13 are still unserved. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that she will file an application for substituted service in respect of these respondents. Four weeks' time is granted. Thereafter, the application be processed as per rules. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of respondent No.14 in terms of the Government's OM No.F.12(77)/10-Judl. dated 18.8.2011 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.
Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.3 and 9 for filing counter affidavit.
The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that copy of the complete set of pleadings has been served upon him Item No.76 -3- and sought time to file counter affidavit. Four weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit.
