Section 5 in Gujarat Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1966
5. Amendment of section 68 of Guj. VI of 1962.- In section 68 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the words "The district panchayat" the words "Subject to the provisions of this Act, the district panchayat" shall be substituted.
