Section 10(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(1)The certificate of registration or provisional registration, as the case may be, shall be issued in the form set forth in Schedule A and A-1 respectively alongwith a notification of the members and President of the Preliminary Committee constituted in the manner envisaged under Sub-Section (1-c) of Section 28 of the Act.
