(2)Such rules shall be published in the [Official Gazette] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937.] and thereupon shall have the force of law:Provided that any rule made under clause (h) of sub-section (1) shall be subject to the condition of previous publication.
