43. Annual Reports.
- The annual report of the university shall be prepared under the direction of the Board of Management and shall be submitted to the Board of Management on or before such date as may be prescribed by the statute and shall be considered by the Board of Management at its meeting. The Board of Management may pass resolution thereon and communicate the same to the Chancellor. The university shall, thereafter send a copy of the annual report to the State Government and the State Government shall, cause the same to be laid on the table of the State Legislative Assembly.
