Section 17 in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
17. Finance Officer.
- The Finance Officer shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and shall act as ex-officio, Secretary of the Finance Committee or committees constituted by it but shall not be deemed to be a member of the Finance Committee.
