Section 9 in The Assam Aided Colleges Employees Rules, 1960
9. Confirmation.
(1)Where a probationer has completed his/her period of probation to the satisfaction of the Appointing Authority, he/she shall be confirmed in the service on completion of 2 years probation.(2)The inter-seniority of persons shall be determined in accordance with the date of substantive appointment.
