Section 20(4) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Spirits) Rules, 2006
(4)No distillery shall be open for work on a Sunday or other public holiday except with the sanction of the Commissioner which may be given either generally or obtained specially at least one day in advance.
