2. Considering the ensuing Christmas vacation coming up, apart from the arrangement which has been recorded in the Order dated 9th November, 2023 and in particular Paragraph No.5 thereof, continuing, the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in the Guardian Petition are permitted to take the ward/minor on Christmas day from the Petitioner's residence to their home in Mumbai to spend time with the ward/minor between 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. and thereafter they shall bring back the ward/minor to the Petitioner's residence on the same day.
