Section 2(b) in The U.P. Fertilizer (Distribution) Order, 1974
(b)"fertilizer" shall have the same meaning as in the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1957 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture under S.R.O. 1391, dated April 23, 1957, as amended from time to time;
