6. Special Committees.
(1)Government may, by notification, constitute Special Single Window Clearance Committees for any specified purpose, specified area or specified sector and delegate to them such powers and functions as Government may deem fit.(2)A Special Committee shall consist of such number of ex officio members of whom one shall be nominated by Government as Chairman by way of issuing notification.
