Section 39(2) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965

(2)In proceedings before the Tribunal, process fees shall be paid at 6 rates prescribed for the District Court on processes issued at the instanced parties. In proceedings before the Special Appellate Tribunal, process fee shall be paid in accordance with the process-fees prescribed under section 80 of the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act XIV of 1955). The rates of process fees payable for service of notices and summons on respondents and witness and for production of records in other cases shall be calculated as follows : -

1	For service of notices or summons on a singleperson.	0.50
2	For service of notices or summons on everyadditional person residing in the same village if applied for atthe same time.	0.75
