(3)[ They shall apply to commodities in the packaged form which are, or are intended or likely to be,-(i)sold, distributed or delivered or offered or displayed for sale, distribution or delivery, or(ii)stored for sale, or for distribution or delivery, in the course of inter-State trade and commerce. ]
