Section 20(1) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(1)Every employee of the Institute may be allotted an unfurnished house within the campus of the Institute for residential use only, if available, in which he shall be required to reside, subject to such conditions as may be laid down by the Executive Council of the Institute.
