Section 58 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
58. Supply of copies of particulars of registration.
- A Registering Authority may in its discretion supply copies of particulars of registration of any motor vehicle registered in the records maintained by it, to any person who may apply for the same alongwith a fee prescribed under Rule 44.
