Admittedly the petitioner is seeking re-conduct of physical efficiency test.
In similar circumstances, in Civil Writ Petition No. 15061 of 2014 titled as 'Parveen Khatana Vs. The State of Haryana and others' decided on 1.8.2014, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has declined to interfere and disposed of the said writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioner as set out in the petition in accordance with law before selection process is complete.
The present writ petition is also disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
