2. It is stated that the District Collector, Thirvallur District has already granted "Enter upon Permission". The Joint Committee which visited the place also has mentioned that the legacy waste has to be removed completely and processed and the District Collector has to help in relocation of the Resource Recovery Park and Micro Compost Plant and also maintain the records for recycling waste and incinerated waste.

3. The Executive Officer of the Minjur Selection Grade Town Panchayath, states that the orders for "Enter upon Permission" is lying with the District Collector, Thiruvallur District. After getting the orders, the Incinerator ma established by securing. f from M/s. Adani
