Section 17(4) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(4)The terms and conditions of service and the scales of pay and allowances, if any, shall, as respect the Secretary, the [Controller of Finance] [Words substituted for the words 'Finance Officer' by W.B. Act 17 of 2009.], if any, and other officers and employees, be such as may be fixed by the State Government.
