UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Mr. Brijender Chahar, learned ASG submits that out of the 23 Writ Petitions before the different High Courts, which are sought to be transferred to this Court in this Transfer Petition, 10 Writ Petitions have already been withdrawn, and the petitioners in the other 04 Writ Petitions have no objection with the transfer of the said 04 Writ Petitions and the petitioners in the remaining Writ Petitions have filed the vakalatnama but not their counter affidavits.

2. Let a brief chart of the Writ Petitions pending before the different High Courts, and their status as on today as also the stand of those Writ Petitioners before this Court, be submitted before the next date of hearing.
3. Post the matters on 06.02.2026.
