Section 55(2)(b) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006

(b)The Competent Authority shall pass an order, cither granting or refusing permission applied for within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the application.
