6. Appointment of officers and employees and their salaries and allowances.
(1)The Board may appoint a Secretary and such other officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.(2)The pay and other conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed by regulations.(3)Unless expressly provided to the contrary under this Act or the regulations made thereunder, the terms and conditions of service of officers and employees of the Board shall be governed mutatis mutandis by the terms and conditions of service under the rules and regulations applicable to the employees of the Government and by the orders and decisions issued by the Government from time to time.
