Section 13(1) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Class II) Service Rules, 1988
(1)In respect of pay, leave and other matters not expressly provided for in these rules, the members of the Service shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Service Rules, as applicable to the employees of the Government of Punjab from time to time.
