Section 10(1) in Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982
(1)The local authority in the cases mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 9, may appoint as many persons as it thinks fit to be attendance authorities for the purpose of this Act, and may also appoint as many persons as it considers necessary to assist the attendance authorities in the discharge of their duties.
