Section 13 in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
13. Duty to exhibit capacity of the cold storage.
- Every licensee shall, before the commencement of business every day, display and exhibit in the prescribed manner on or near the main entrance of cold storage the following information in respect of the cold storage-(a)total capacity of cold storage (both in area and tonnage);(b)capacity physically occupied (both in area and tonnage);(c)vacant capacity (both in area and tonnage).
