Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondents Signature Not Verified – Union of India & Ors.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in support of his submissions, has relied upon a Judgment passed by the Delhi High Court on 18-7-2016 {Writ  -2- Petition(C) No.6075 of 2016 – Ram Kishan Kataria vs. Union of India & Ors.} and states that the respondents have not yet challenged the said Judgment.

A copy of the said Judgment has been given to the learned Additional Solicitor General.

As prayed by the learned Additional Solicitor General, list the matter after two weeks to enable her to get instructions in the matter.
