O R D E R
Pursuant to order dated 25.02.2025, Respondent No.1, Subhash, S/o Ganesh Gir, has been produced in custody by Mr. Kamble Balaji Bhimrao, Head Constable and Mr. Yeranwad Pradeep Shyamrao, Police Constable, Police Station Killari, Sub- District Ausa, District Latur, Maharashtra.
Respondent No.1 shall be produced before the concerned Registrar (Judl.), who after taking personal bail bond from respondent no.1, shall release him. SLP(Crl.)Nos.6072-6074/2024 2 Mr. Vairawan A.S., learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.1.
On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, these cases are adjourned to 25.03.2025.
