40. [ Registrar not to accept any remunerative work. [Added by the University of Rajputana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950.]
The Registrar shall not be offered nor shall he accept any remuneration for any work in the University :Provided that nothing in this section shall in any way affect his emoluments and conditions of service determined under sub-section (2) of Section 14.]
