Section 52(1) in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
(1)The proceedings of the committees shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions contained in foregoing regulations:Provided that such provisions may at any time be relaxed at the discretion of the Chairperson.
