Section 13(2) in The Bengal Agricultural Debtors Act, 1936
(2)If any creditor fails to comply with a notice under sub-section (1), the Board, if so empowered under section 7, may pass an order in writing declaring that the amount of any debt due to him from the debtor on the date of such order shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be the amount stated in the statement of debt submitted by the debtor, and that no debt of which the creditor has failed to submit a statement, other than debt which the debtor has included in his statement of debt shall be payable;and such order shall not be questioned in any Civil Court or in any manner other than that provided in this Act.
