Section 26 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISH FEED (QUALITY CONTROL) ACT, 2020
26. Persons acting under this Act to be Public Servants -
Any person acting under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code,1860. (Central Act 45 of 1860).
