Section 75(75) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
75.2The sales forecast shall be consistent with the load forecast prepared as part of the long-term power procurement plan under Part D of these Regulations and shall be based on past data and reasonable assumptions regarding the future:Provided that where the Commission has stipulated a methodology for forecasting sales to any particular tariff category, the Distribution Licensee shall incorporate such methodology in developing the sales forecast for such tariff category.
