105. Notification of rules and regulations in the Official Gazette and laying of rules and regulations.
(a)Every rule and regulation made under this Act shall be made by notification in the Official Gazette.(b)Every rule and regulation made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the State Legislature.
