10. Assistant Municipal Returning Officer. -
Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 6 of the West Bengal State Election Commission Act, 1994, every Assistant Municipal Returning Officer shall, subject to the control of the Municipal Returning Officer, be competent to perform any of the functions of the Municipal Returning Officer.
