Section 176 in The Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
176. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any officer or servant of the Government or the Registrar or any person authorised by him, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or by law made thereunder.
