(1)The State Government may, by an order in writing, at any time, for good and sufficient reason to the stated in such order, remove a member of a Nyaya Panchayat.(2)Before removing a member under sub-section (1), the State Government shall allow the member concerned an opportunity of being heard in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed.
