Section 2(1)(l) in Kerala Forest (Regulation of Sawmills and Other Wood-based Industrial Units) Rules, 2012

(l)"round log" for the purpose of these rules means a piece of wood in its natural form having a mid-girth of sixty centimetres or more, under bark, in respect of teak and rosewood and a mid-girth of seventy five centimetres or more in respect of other species;
